Osborn Medical (Utica, MN) is seeking to do a funded study with clinicians that are interested in measuring arterial perfusion both on a micro and macro basis and measuring the impact that Rooke Boots have on baseline levels of perfusion.

  The target population can be:
    1) Outpatient wound care settings with access to laser Doppler or Tcp02.

    2) Inpatient settings with the use of Duplex where flow studies can be done at the popliteal to confirm changes in global perfusion to the lower extremity and using laser Doppler or Tcp02 for measuring changes in cutaneous perfusion.
